Return Policy
At Ohana Art, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please note: if your country of residence is not Spain, shipping times may be longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)

Custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items)

Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item.
Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
3-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Orders Only)
If your order ships within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
